Our vision

‘The J.M. Mouskos Foundation champions a chessboard in every school across the United Kingdom, encouraging children of all abilities and backgrounds to take part in chess.’

Our commitment to chess goes deeper with sponsorship of two key competitions that go to the very heart of promoting chess in schools.

On October 19th the J.M. Mouskos Foundation shall be announcing a 5 year sponsorship.

Corporate chess and schools

In partnership with Chess in Schools and Communities, the J.M. Mouskos Foundation is pioneering the inaugural UK Corporate Championship that partners the corporate world with local schools.

Benefits of this initiative include:

• Unique avenue for Corporate Social Responsibility [CSP]
• Corporate networking
• Youth mentorship

Our five year plan

Over the next 5 years our ambitious plan is to increase chess participation by 100% among the following groups in the United Kingdom:

• Children from state schools and diverse backgrounds
• Girls
• Chess players with disabilities
